I appear to be a semi-stable individual Score over time who should work on her life events. Wonder where I can get some different ones of those?

Score over time

I have 3-5 of the same concerns each time. I guess I have to change my perspective on some life events; exercise and eat better to help physical and eating disorder issues; do other things besides live on the computer or watch TV, for technology issues; and I haven't had posttraumatic issues since the first test almost a year ago so that's probably okay.

April to November = 7 months, November to February = 4 months; February to June or July = 5 or 6 months.

The 4th of July, Independence Day, I'll retake the test. It will show I've wipee out the eating disorder and technology issues and have lowered life events and physical. I want to score a 20.

Well mine has gone from 156 in aug 07 to 212 a couple of days ago. I really don't know how people manage to get such low scores!! I think you're doing great already.

But for myself I don't take the whole thing to seriously. I mean it's a good indication of problem areas but the number shouldn't be the most important thing, how you feel is.

Actually, your average, Rio, is only 48 which is a fine score! It's out of a total in the 200's so I think you're doing just fine. Going up when you're under stress is to be expected. Will be interesting to compare when we get a "year" and see how we do a year apart. I bet by mid-April you'll be back down in the mid-40's! You just started university this year! That's what is making October through now be up but as the weather improves and it gets toward the summer hols, bet you it goes back down again.
