What does the Life Events section mean?

Scored three major concerns: dissociation, posttraumatic stress, and phobias.
Scored pretty low, guess that means I'm not going troppo!

life events are the traumatic events that have happened to you in your life. for example, someone who has a history of childhood abuse has a higher life events score than someone like me whos had quite a damn good life if i may say so. but yeah. basically.
i dont get why my life events score is as high as it is.

I have a higher life events score too but think it's day-to-day stuff like being overweight and health issues that influence how well you can do things rather than a purely psychological thing like "depression" or "post traumatic stress", "anxiety", etc. All that stuff on the first page you fill out before you start answering the quiz; whether you smoke, etc. Just "normal" things that are continuous in your life but not particularly good for your mental health.
