I scored a 151 on the sanity score, should i be worried about this. I have eleven serious things it said. I had no idea you could be technology dependant, i just thought i was nerd for wasteing my time being on the computer alot.

Maybe i should talk to my parent? Should I? I mean would this thing be something you should dicuss with them to see if i should seek professional help. Or is it just a litte fun thing?

I'm so confused! T-T

did you feel like you needed professional help before you took this test? do you feel like you do now, or are you just going by test score? this is more of a guide, it is NOT a diagnostic tool.

Anything above 100 overall should be of concern...... so yeah, I'd try and seek out some professional help for further consultation.

I'd recommend feeling a parent out for their views about these sorts of things before blurting out you might want to see a psychologist or therapist. Most people nowadays are pretty open to mental health issues, but there are still some people in the dark ages when it comes to understanding. Testing the waters can help you gauge how deeply you should delve into this with your parents.

Good luck!
