How important would you say it is for a person with a sanity score of 140 to get psychiatric help?

the sanity score isn't really a diagnostic tool or anything... when i had about 140, i was pretty stressed. i was already receiving psychiatric help, though.

if you feel like you need support, go for an evaluation, look for a counselor, maybe someone at work/school/wherever - do whatever you can to get in (i don't mean hospital - unless you are hurting yourself/others - but to the healthcare system). don't go thinking you won't "qualify". there are no wrong answers. they won't laugh at you, saying "that is nothing man, get a life". professionals don't do that.

if you feel you need it - go. it will be the best decision you ever made.
