I understand that the scores on these tests a many a varied and sliding and well, yeah, I know not to freak out too bad about the number,(164) But with so many zeros in so many fields the 90's are more than I care to think abut. I did not realise I had so many different areas of myself that needed fixing. I guess I just thought I was generally broke down, now I'm broke down all over the shop and I feel a little well. yeah, um, overwhelmed.....

You and me both. Have you ever looked deeper into how you were feeling (ie on-line, books, therapy)? I know you already said this, but it is good not to read too much into that score. I've got a pretty good sence of humor, but the name Sanity Score is prob not good for everyone. I had an MD tell me one time that my ADHD was in the "retarded" range. That was almost ten years ago. Keep in mind, this was not my first diagnosis, I had alrready been dealing with ADD my whole life. But, all of the sudden I was "retarded." I couldn't tell you anything else about what was said in that meeting, but I remember that to this day. As a result, for the past decade i've been telling myself that i'm not retarded. That takes a lot of energy that I really need to expend in other areas. Long story short, it's good to have some explanations and directions to move in, but do not get overwhelmed by that score...I seriouly doubt we are insane.

Thanks, I guess I was in the wrong mood to accept properly what I was reading. I did go back later and sort through it all, I felt MUCH calmer about it then........
