Well, if you take the test a bunch of times, chances are the concerns that pop up over and over again are the ones that you should focus on... right? So I took a tally of my serious concerns (51+) and here are the results:

At least 1/2 the time:
General Coping: 11/13
Self-Esteem: 8/13

About 1/3 of the time:
Anxiety: 5/13
Obsessions/Compulsions: 5/13
Depression: 5/13
Mania: 4/13
Eating Disorder: 4/13
Dissociation: 4/13
Depression: 4/13

About 1/4 times or less:
Technology Issues: 3/13
Schizophrenia: 2/13
Phobias: 1/13
Posttraumatic Stress: 1/13

So...I'm looking for your imput...what should I do with this information? How exactly can I use this to help myself?

My opinion would be you should focus on everything that comes up the most as Serious Concern witch for you it would be what came up at lease half the time but i think it would be a better option would be to work out the average subscore on each category over the amount of times you have done the test and any thing over 50 you should focus on
