Well, people seem to generally be confused after they take the test, what they're score means. So I made a thread to explain it a little bit:

The Sanity Score is used as a tool for you to identify areas of your mental health that you may be having concerns with. It's not meant to be a tool for diagnosis of specific mental disorders, but rather a guide to help you get started on a path of self-awareness.

A high score doesn't make you insane, it just means you have more to work on.
And a low score means you are a generally healthy and happy person in both mind and body.

The test is all about YOU, so it doesn't really matter what score other people get and if they are higher or lower, but you can still share scores and such if you want to. You can take it as many times as you would like as well. (I find that your mood does influence your score you you might want to take the test when you are happy, sad, etc)

Hope this helps
Thanks for this!

Thank you, good post.

Do you feel some people might take the score a little hard because of the name? If i'm not mistaken, the opening page for the quiz has a caption that says something like "how insane are you?" I'm ok that, but many people in society think insane = straight jacket and white padded room. I just say that because I had a doctor use a poor choice of words with me when I was a teenager, and I am still getting over it ten years later. Just curious what you thought?

I'm sure that's what some people interpret it as, but I don't think that's what they meant to happen. It's just meant to be a bit more catchy I guess because everyone knows what "sane" and "insane" are, and "Sanity Score" has a better ring to it than "Mental Health Checkup Score"

I found it to be a helpful tool although I was a bit confused too. The analysis at the end was helpful. I think it coould be used as a good check list. I don't know how to find it but I expect I will stumble across it again. Bookmarks, I either have to many or to few. Which of the icons is the perplexed and confused one? That would be me. This one?

It does help. I got a score around 80 and I thought I must need to get back into therapy, chop chop!

Thanks for the explanation!
