I knew my mental health was not great but 151. I can afford help what can I do for myself at home? Is there some where I can go cheap? Any thoughts?

Dear Dangermagnet,

Have you actually been dx with bipolar by a doctor? Meditation can help. I would err on the side of caution though and get a diagnosis from a doctor and then move on from there.

People react differently to circumstances with any mental illness. You may or may not need medication.
