Depression 53, while I know that's still way too high it does show alot of progress for you in 2 weeks. I don't know if that fluctuates alot usually for you but that's a big difference

self-esteem from 50 to 17....That's freakin' awesome. That seems so simple in thory but is difficult to improve

Your eating better too...55 to 40

Dissociation. Another huge improvement, so that tells me your living more in the moment...I know there's a lot of work to be done here for ya yet, but Rome wasn't built in a day

Manic- 55 to 40..again awesome...although manic phases can seem fun sometimes

Relationship. 44-31....apparently getting better....this can tie to soooo many other issues

Borderline traits..96-58 WOW!! Even though that is still a big issue it must be a noticable difference too you personally

I know your shifting some by smoking & drinking more, which probably ties to coping mechanisms...but it's still a modest overall improvement & is hopefully inspiring you a little bit. just becareful ok

Yeah it's pretty awesome. I don't understand the drinking though. I have'nt had a drop since october. Must be talking about my vicodin addiction. Last week I slipped and took some for no other reason except I wanted to. And what are borderline traits?
