My Sanity score rises every time I take it. I have no one to turn to for help. My score is 196. My three mantras that keep me going are:

1) Hope
2) Pleasure in thinking I have made someone happy
3) Relax without physical or emotional pain

I know how you feel, my sanity score constantly goes up too. (Though it's not as high as yours...)
I'm currently at 136, which was pretty surprising to me...
If any of your results worry you, I suggest you speak with a doctor (if you haven't already)
I did and well...let's just say I'm quite thankful I did. I'm being prescribed for medication.
If you ever need someone to talk to, everyone here at Pc would be more than happy to chat

Also, remember that the sanity quiz isn't 100% accurate, so stay positive and do what you need to do!

Hope things improve for you

Hey becky...do you have insurance? You say you have no one to turn too, so I was just wondering if this is what would stop you from looking for help.

If it's going up then what you have been doing isn't helping so if you can see somebody I would
