Klonopin

I like it the best of the benzos. I'ts the best combination of strength and longevity, tastes decent, and gives cool sensations in my mouth. Anyone agree? If not, you're wrong.

i agree. i take 3mg a day but i let a family member manage them for me cuz im not too responsible with them.

Yeah I take it, and it works pretty well for me. I must admit though I do kind of miss the Ativan for the almost instant relaxation that it gave me, but I started abusing it, so I got switched.

Never really thought about the taste through

to me it's just another couple of pills I swallow every morning and evening.

I take it and it's amazing. Especially when i can't focus or concentrate. Or when I am way over emotional. I love it

It does help me with my anxiety, which is SO awesome, but sometimes it makes me REALLY SLEEPY like today. I am only on .5 mg twice a day, but sometimes (like today) I need to take an extra one mid-day if my anxiety is really bad.

It's the ONLY psych med I've ever taken,so I have nothing to compare it to. It really has helped me a lot since I started taking it in Oct.

Take Klonopin and it works great for my anxiety i take 1mg x2 a day. Does make you a little sleepy though. Use trazodone for sleep. Works great!

Hi,
Are you still taking Klonopin and have you had any problems with side effects? I have taken 1.5mg for three years and I forget words and names a lot and wonder if its the Klonopin or the anxiety. I've had anxiety for 34 year, I'm now 52.

I was on 5 mg a day for about 2 years and a half. I'm now down to 3 mg a day and have been for about 6 months. Sometimes if I'm really anxious I take 4 mg, but that happens like maybe once every 6 weeks. I haven't had any side effects with it, and it certainly hasn't affected my memory. I don't even get drowsy from it - but then again I have a very high tolerance level for benzo's.

yes im still on the 3mg a day but where i was popping all 3 at once a family member was telling me i need to spread them out. thats how i did at first but by mid morning my nerves were so frazzled i would just gulp down 2 & then the other one not even an hour later. im back to spreading them out like they are supposed to be taken & im more leveled out. looking back i had quit taking my thyroid meds (i just neglected to have bloodwork & refills after a relapse of drug abuse) but now i have my thyroid meds again & im taking my klonopins the right way i feel better. i didnt realize it but doc said out of whack thyroid can mess with nerves emotions cause anxiety. i felt like i was going out of my mind so in an attempt to get relief i was taking the klonopins all at once. so glad im regular again with meds & feeling better & off the crack all of this only with Gods strength.
