I'm gaining weight and i want to wonder is it my meds because eating isnt something i spend time doing i have been talking lexapro for 8 years, and for 1 month ive been on celexa to see if this changed things, the two meds are very close in family but the are still different,. I am content with how lexapro acts in my system, so i chose the celexa to see if the weight will minimize of course with the excersise and good eating habits, any thoughts on this

hello.....i am on celexa 40mg,have been for about 3 months.I myself havent noticed an increase in appetite or any weight gain issues but as you know i am sure,everyone is different but i wanted to post at least my experience with the celexa for you.Hope this helps

That's great no side effect of weight gain - Cuz some med did before and that was worse than the ailment.......

I was on Lexapro - big time weight gain side effect

I've been on a lot of different med.s

i have studied lexapro side effects and weight gain is defiently a side effect the celexa usually does the opposite thanx guys
