Have any of you tried Flower Essence Remedy instead of medication for depression? Have all the terrible side effects from meds including seizures.

I have tried one or two for "healing trauma" and "peace with the past" - had better success with the first than the second. Brand was "3 flowers healing"

I've used Rescue Remedy - for moments of panic/anxiety/fear/extreme upset. It seems to work better for my kids than for me, although there have been times when it's worked for me.

If you are looking to replace conventional meds with nautral, you might want to seek out a naturopath for guidance. They are expensive, but their insight and knowledge can be really helpful, especially when we're dealing with big, complicated issues.
