My most recent diagnoses is that I have some kind of Personality Disorder NOS and Anxiety Induced Pscyhosis. I am "on" a large amount Zyprexa, Epillim and Xanax . I have been on this particular combination for four months but two months ago (I think) I stoped taking them for reasons I can't precisely recall, but, it may be because of an embarassment in front of 300 people. I don't feel my behaviour/symtoms have changed drasticly while not taking them, and no one knows I havn't taken them, but recently my family have been concerned and decided that I need to see my GP tommorow, (he is the only doctor available atm). I guess I should tell the GP about not taking my meds, but he is a harsh kind of man and I feel he will not understand or take kindly to my circumstance at all. Should I go ahead and say I haven't taken them and risk the miriad of issues and judgements that I will recive from him and others?

Starsong - if your family is concerned, then they do know something is up and your behaviour has likely changed - but you might not be aware of it. We aren't always aware of our own behaviours unless someone else points them out to us.
Yes, tell your GP. I know it's not exactly pleasant saying you've gone off your meds - but you really need to do so. Also, going off your meds "cold turkey" without the supervision of a doctor is never a good idea because you risk all sorts of medical complications. Perhaps you need a different combination of medication? Tell him you went off them because you didn't know if they were working or not, or something like that. and if he's rude about it, then don't worry too much about it. Some doctors don't understand and won't because they're not in your shoes.

Yeah. I guess I'd better tell him. Maybe my moods have changed. I'll figure it out eventually. Thanks for the advice Christina.
