Hi i been taking ablifry for a while now ,i am on 5mg their upp on augudt 3oth and i still have these thoughts ,should i stay with ablifry and ask to go up even higher or ask about rexulti ?

I was on Rexulti for 2 months. Initially, it seemed really effective for psychotic symptoms and mood stabilization, but over time I noticed my weight creeping up so I decided to go back to Abilify.

what sholoud i do then i have a doctor appoitment on the 30th of this month

At low doses ability can help with depression for paranoia you might need a higher dose. I would ask your p doc. If it were me I would trial all effective doses of ab ilify then try another drug if unsuccessful with abilify
