Is it ok to take during pregnancy? I have been reading so many different things and hearing so many different things, I have no clue WHO or WHAT to believe!

I know it passes in breast milk, but what about in the pregnancy stage?

Thanks (I want as healthy of a baby as possible)

that would be the last med I would take during pregnancy. Discuss with a well-established psychiatrist for more information. Good Luck. Sending good thoughts your way. phoenix47

In animal studies that looked at Zyprexa and pregnancy, Zyprexa increased the risk of miscarriages and low birth weight. However, animals do not always respond to medicines the same way that humans do. Zyprexa has been classified as a pregnancy Category C drug, which means that a doctor may prescribe it during pregnancy if the benefits to the pregnant woman outweigh any possible risks to the fetus. (I got this off a medical website)
