About twice a week, I get a bit jittery/shaky from my ritalin. I was on 10mg twice a day but I have found that my second dose was making me either very sleepy and lethargic or shaky. I now only need to take 5mg twice a day and have found this to be much more effective for me.

I'd just like to know if anyone who has tried both has found Ritalin LA smoother. The one thing I do like about regular ritalin is that it wears off quickly and I sleep like a log after suffering from years of rather bad insomnia so if Ritilin LA causes insomnia I'd like to know about that too. Thanks everyone W
