I have been on lithobid (a slower release form of lithium) for 9 years now. I'm having some mood issues so my doctor has perscribed Lithium CR (another slower release). Has anyone found this form of lithium to be more effective? what are YOUR experiences? I know everyone is different but i'm just curious. Thanks!

I think the lithium cr is just a generic of lithobid. My pill bottle says I take lithium carbonate cr and it is a substitute for lithobid.
