I am 2 1/2 weeks into taking Celexa and Trazadone and I am experiencing debilitating headaches that are mainly at the base of my head and neck. It feels as if my neck must be supported at all times and by something oh so soft.

I am also experiencing severe nausea and joint and muscle pain.

Has anyone had these side effects and if so how did you resolve them?

BTW I did read the drug ratings provided on this site-very helpful!

Thanks in advance

I'd talk to your Dr. about it ASAP. I'm on Celexa and have almost no side effects from it.

I put two phone calls in yesterday but neither was returned. The pain paralyzed me so I have not taken it for two days now. The pain is now abating albeit slowly.

I am extremely frustrated as I am desperately seeking to end this 2yr battle with depression and for one week I had a taste of stability before it all went south.

I see my therapist on Monday and my psychiatrist on Thursday. I am afraid to resume the Celexa only to have the symptoms reappear however I can feel myself going downhill and it is hard to put on the brake.
