Do you mean Clarinex, for allergies? If so, there isn't much for side effects. Like any antihistamine, there is a possibility of dry mouth or drowsiness in some people. Any drowsiness should be much less than with most other antihistamines. If you look up the medication on RxList.com you can get lots more information.
