I went home from college this past weekend and I missed 4 days of my medicine because I left them all in my apartment. I am titrating and the first day I missed my dose I was supposed to increase it to 50mg/day. I was on 25mg/day for exactly two weeks before the 4 day medication vacation. Can I just start taking the 50mg right now? I am having withdrawal and dangerous thoughts. So can I just start where I left off? Thanks.

Hi ranger0286;I would suggest contacting your pdoc or pharmacist and ask what dose you should start at again. Sorry I couldn't be more help, but this is something that a professional should answer.

I would say you cant make that decision and neither can we, lamictal has serious side effects if you dont start it correctly, so call the prescriber for directions, they may have samples of a lower dose. Or help you out some other way
