I dont go see my PDOC until next week. But I am currently taking 150mg of effexor XR 10 mg of ambilify in the morning with breakfast. Befor bed time I take 10 Mg of Remeron for sleep issues. My problem is I have tremors during the day like I have parkinson. They come and go > Its driving me crazy . Can keep my head still and my stomach is in a constant state of butterflies, like anxiety. Help

The Abilify is most likely causing your restlessness and tremors. 10mg is pretty high being that you can start out on 2mg - then 5mg - 10mg - 15mg -30mg. The higher the dose the more side effects with Abilify I've found. Either you can discuss with your doctor reducing your Abilify or ask him/her about adding Cogentin. Cogentin helps with the restlessness and tremors. Hope this helps! Jerry
