I dont go see my PDOC until next week. But I am currently taking 150mg of effexor XR 10 mg of ambilify in the morning with breakfast. Befor bed time I take 10 Mg of Remeron for sleep issues. My problem is I have tremors during the day like I have parkinson. They come and go > Its driving me crazy . Can keep my head still and my stomach is in a constant state of butterflies, like anxiety. Help

Hello there!

The Abilify is most likely causing your restlessness and tremors. 10mg is pretty high being that you can start out on 2mg - then 5mg - 10mg - 15mg -30mg. The higher the dose the more side effects with Abilify I've found.

Either you can discuss with your doctor reducing your Abilify or ask him/her about adding Cogentin. Cogentin helps with the restlessness and tremors.

Hope this helps!
Jerry
