I had a good sleep. I went to bed before 12 and I woke up around about 9. I took my medication and an hour or so after, I feel tired. I then had a nap. I feel like I have lack of energy. But I am concerned if I take it at night, I might not be able to sleep.

happycheeks,
I take my at night. I was instructed to take them at night because they do cause people to be drosy. I take it the same time every night therefore I wake up fine in the morning.
Good Luck! Citalopram has really helped me a lot. Stick with it. The benefits outweight the initial side effects.

It has helped me. The only side effects I get from is low libido (sex drive) , tiredness... I don't know what else. I don't feel sick or anything
