Has anyone with depression/general anxiety disorder ever experience sleep problems?
I normally take 100mg of Pristiq, but the nurse practitioner changed the dosage without me knowing ![]() I tried a test last night only taking half a dose and there was a noticable change in my depression this morning. ![]() Any input is greatly appreciated. |

Sounds like a N Practitioner question to me.
Sleeping meds did nothing for me, so seroquel 75 mg was added as an addition for mood stablizion effect and sleep. Sleep is great but exhusting dreams, especially when Therapy is intense. Now sleeping 11 hours at night with naps during the day. Such a balancing act, for these chemicals and lifes events interaction. Makes it hard to tell what is causing what. G |
