Hi have been taking zolft (100-300) since 2009 along with clanazopam 3mg and started 6 months ago with limactil 200 . I take all these at night.
I have been having a problem with in the last month or so. I am not sleeping I stay up really late or when I wake up during the night I feel like I can run a mile. I told my psychrist about waking up with lots of energy. She told me to take the zolf in the Moring. I have done this before when I was on 100 mg per doctors orders I changed to pm.

I guess im worried to do this because I cannot be drowsy at work. Although I am not tired during the day when I get home I collapse.

Are you on the clonazepam for seizures? And that is quite a lot of it. At the very least can you get switched to an extended release version? Better yet, can you transition to Xanax XR instead if you aren't taking it for seizures? Just stuff to run by your doctor.

Hmmm if you take the clonazepam at night and feel drowsy only in the evening that's kind of weird. Clonazepam has a pretty long half life I think so it's possible that it could be that, but it's also possible it could be other things. Why do you fear switching the Zoloft to the morning? Or are you already taking it in the morning and collapsing after work still and still waking up at night?

Do you have bipolar disorder? I ask because sleeping problems are the first sign of mania for me, so I'm curious if it's possible that you may be starting to shift to a hypomanic episode. I could be wrong, just something that I thought when I read it.
