I have been struggling with mood swings. When I took citalopram, my mood swings stopped. I have about 6 or so tablets left. I am worried I left the medication too late to be collected. I might go back to the doctors place to ask about my medication. I have to collect my medication from there. I don't know whether I have the prescription thing. Ahhh... I hate being confused and worried. Should I take my medication? It actually helped me. I'm so stupid. What do you suggest?

First, before you go back on the medication, make sure you can keep taking it so you don't take your supply and then go off it again right away. Second, you know the pills help with mood swings - so you can use them for now and find another way to help with the mood swings while you are taking them. Mood swings can be caused by all kinds of things, and maybe you will find that it is something like a food intolerance causing mood swings. That isn't the same thing as a food allergy in that it isn't as severe. Or maybe some regular aerobic exercise would help. The point is that you know something that works now and you can always do your own research later.
