So I did some research... I don't have my doctors appointment for 9 more days. I've literally been waiting over 100 days for this doctors appointment (it was made the second week of August) for these anxiety induced blackouts/seizures/panick attacks/ dissociation. The anxiety from a massive seizure is too much and I hope to get help from the doc when I see him next week. I just ran out of Valium, my safe medicine. Just having it in my purse kept the anxiety away. My mom gave me some of hers to get me by the months until the doc. I've been on it numerous times before during cases like these. So now I'm out and have no basically safety blanket is how I feel. I have no valium, I have nothing to keep these uneasy feelings away and need something for the next 9 days before I have another massive anxiety attack. I looked up alternates to Valium and found l-Theanine...

Has anyone had any experience taking these? They can be bought over the counter and I've seen good reviews but I want to know from others on here please. Have you ever taken Theanine before? I'm also slightly concerned about it mixing with the birth control I'm on. I'm on the Mirena (an implanted birth control) and dunno if it's ok to mix the two. If it's a all natural suppliment it shouldn't matter right? Or wrong?

Thank you!!!!
