I was on Seroquel 300 mg at night, and Lamictal 50 mgs (I was working up to 200 mg), but had to stop taking it due to side effects (achy muscles, stiff neck, and rashes, and I was unable to quit breastfeeding). So today we talked and she upped my Seroquel at night to 400 mg, and added Seroquel 50 mg to take every 4 hours per day as needed for anxiety and agitation.

I just wanted to share my experience with Seroquel so far. I have been on it for about 4 months, to take at night for sleep. It has done wonders for me. And instead of gaining weight on it, I have actually lost weight because normally I would stay up all hours of the night munching on junk, and now I actually go to bed at a decent time, so I'm not up late eating. I love seroquel so far. I sleep better (waaaaayyyy better) and feel so much better. I have read so many negative reviews about seroquel I just wanted to get it out there, that I have so far had a positive expericence with it.

Anyone else out there on seroquel for anxiety? How has it worked for you. I just got my prescription so I haven't tried it out during the day.
