I have been taking Omega 3 fish oil for about a month, maybe a little longer, and it seems to have a calming effect on me. On reading about it, I found that it can do this. I was taking it to help with cholesterol. I just thought others might like to know this.

I've been takin' the supplement for about a month now. It doesn't really help with my exact problem, but I'm hopin' it's workin' in some way. It was recommended by a registered nurse... so it's gotta help in some way or another.

I've been taking this also kind of haphazardly but I had no idea it could have a calming effect.

Thanks!! I'm going to take them daily now! Omega 3 Fish Oil

I'm taking it, on the grounds that anything that might help is worth trying. I have to say I haven't noticed any effect.
