I'm on 160 mg of Geodon, and lately if I take it all at night, I get these horrible withdrawal symptoms. I changed it to take 60 mg at lunch and 60 mg at night, which seems to be working.
I was just wondering if anyone else has the same problem. The thing I hate the most about taking it at lunch, is that I have to nap around 3-4 in the afternoon, or sometimes I just go to bed at 7. I hate it, but it's the only antipsychotic that actually works. |

60 + 60 only equals 120, not 160?
Ask your doctor if he can split it up different, maybe give you two or three pills, part one strength, part another, so the night pill gets you further than lunch or the booster pill isn't strong enough to cause as much sleepiness or you have 8 hour pills; one for bed, one for rising, one for lunchtime? Is there a time release version?

oops, i meant to say 80 and 80, it is a time release version. The past couple of days, i haven't had to take a nap, so I guess it worked into my system.
