About two years I think I almost OD'd on ecstasy... needless to say, I've NEVER touched drugs since!!! I had this weird feeling that I was completely "stuck". My friend kept calling my name and I couldn't hear them. All I did was look at a few things over and over; like I'd look at the tv, then my friend, then the bottle in my hand, then repeat. I felt like I was in a coma or something and I was looking onto my self. The scariest part was it felt like my brain was melting! Eventually I snapped out of it, but it scared the living ***** outta me!!!

I started taking 2mg of Haldol maybe a week and a half ago. It's been giving me awful nightmares and keeps waking me up in the middle of the night. About a week ago I woke up in the middle of the night and my ears kept popping and I had that feeling again... like my brain was melting!!!! What a scary feeling.

So I talked to a friend about this a few days ago and he mentioned I may have had a seizure! Can Haldol cause that and what exactly does a seizure feel like? Please help; I'm really scared! Needless to say, I stopped taking the medication, screw that crap!

I had a quick look online and Haldol can apparently increase the risk of seizure activity.I would talk to your doctor ASAP about the issues. Whether it is related to the medications or not that needs to be checked.

As for this being a seizure, there are all different types of seizures and yes that could be one of the symptoms.
