i have a question... what would you think if you were on this collection of meds and recently are noticing problems....
and what interactions can these have? Remeron, Cymbalta(90mg), Amatriptaline(sp?), strattera(80mg), vyvanse(60mg), klonopin(2mg), excedrine migrane, and pentasa(2,000mg).??? the ones without dosages i don't know of their doseages.... somethings wrong and i don't feel right, along with many other issues that have just popped up recently. remeron was the one added about tuesday so i assume it maay be from that but the localized sezures didn't get THIS bad ever in my life. i cant get into see the doctor for many more days. |

Can you call your doctor? I usually go to drugs.com and use their interaction checker when I get new meds, just to make sure there aren't any serious interactions, because there have been some that I have not been told about.
It would be a good idea to call your doctor, or even the pharmacy where you get your meds. They should be able to tell you if there are any known interactions |

I haven't taken any of the others mentioned, but I did take cymbalta and pentasa together with no problems.

Ok, had to do a little research since I'm only familiar with half of those.
8 medications is alot to be taking all at once... It's no wonder why you're getting siezures; 6 of those meds stimulate your nervous system, plus Klonopin also works on your nervous system. The first 6 you listed all interact with each other. Excedrine is a mix of asprin, acetaminophen and caffine, of which asprin and acetaminophen interact with pentasa. Acetaminophen interacts Remeron, Cymbalta and Amatriptaline, increasing the risk of bleeding, which is exceptionally bad with the asprin, since it thins your blood. Also, when you take alot of medications at once your immune system can react, effectively making you sick in the same way a virus does. It is very possible you are experiencing seratonin syndrome. I'm so sorry you're going through this! I hope you'll be able to find a doctor who isn't trying to kill you. |

thanks. im in a group home atm. but they let me refuse the. remeron and amatripatline last night. i feel better already but not completely. my short term memory is already getting better as i can already remember most of the stuff i've done and gone since i woke up 2 hrs ago (something i couldn't for the past few days. and it was so bad i would be hungry and wondering when lunch was and notice the time was 3pm and id be left puzzled and the hospital staff would tell me i already ate lunch. and i could take a pill, then look down to grab it out of the cup and be like "0.o you forgot to give me my ___ " and so it was SUPER SHORT TERM memory loss.) i thank u lots!!! im on my phone so cant do much. they wont let us have internet here in the group home via cable or phone card, so im still working on getting internet on my laptop or computer. i search that seritonon thing and i believe that is very likely! i had all of those side effects but one listed on that nhlm or something site i went to. THANKS U BEEN A GREAT HELP!!!
