I am prescribed 25mg Lyrica 3x per day for peripheral neuropathy. However, (I also deal with bipolar and take other meds for this), I only want to take 25mg in the evening when my pain is at it's height AND I have the constant inability to sleep deeply.

Anyone here familiar with the use of Lyrica to enhance sleep? Is it also possible to get some evening pain relief from that small of a dose? It doesn't take much to alter my moods, so I would rather forgo the pain relief to keep my mood stable. But I need to sleep (deeply) in order to keep my mood stable as well!

Thanks for reading.

Well, I have that, too. Fibromyalgia. I'm currently on an MAOI inhibitor which rules out lots of pain med options right now. So besides the dizziness, did you notice any effect on your sleep?
