How bad is it if you are taking fahrenheit (a fat-burner) and prozac. The label for the diet pill says not to take when taking depression meds... In addition, I'm trying to go off prozac cold turkey so its not really taking it with farhenheit is it?

Are all fatburners like that?

I have Bodyburn - I dunno if it interacts with Prozac I didn't read the label. But I'd go off prozac before i stopped taking the fatburner.

This is one of those situations where it's hard to make sense of just what is in the supplement. They use proprietary secrecy to shield the ingredient list. I have no idea what "A7-E liquid thermogenic complex" or "proprietary guggulsterone" are. From what I can gather, there is a plant steroid involved, and many antidepressants affect steriod metabolism (one of the untalked about effects....might be part of why they work).

I really can't say why they warn you against the combination, but I think it's a darned good idea to heed its message.

Sorry this is a bit off topic.

Could antidepressants affect the metabolism of oral or inhaled cortico-steroids prescribed for asthma?
