Looks like it'll be a late night! I didn't take my meds until about 11 and I usually take them between 9 and 9:30 and get to sleep around 11:30/12. I totally forgot about them because I was running around doing multiple things tonight and didn't return to my room until 11. Ugh. Anyone else depend on their meds for sleep?

Yes, if I take them too late, I know it will be a late night or rather into the morning before I sleep. There a couple of nights I am away for the day out of town; I have to remember to take my meds with me so I can have them, so I have them in time, and otherwise I get home way too late after midnight. I have forgotten them on several occasions. It is frustrating because it doesn't just throw me off that night, it throws my sleep pattern off for a couple days as well. I kick myself for not being better organized. If I'm home I remember to take them when I have dinner at 7:00, but otherwise the pattern is thrown off with class at that time on those other days. So frustrating but we do what we can, remember to take them when we do remember, and have to hope for the best!

If I take mine too late in the day, they will keep me up too late. My cut off is 11 am. If I haven't taken them by 11 am, I skip them for the day. My sleep is too important!

Note: this works OK for me, since mine are just ADHD meds. Your situation may be different. (I'm not advising you skip your meds!)

I take my meds for bipolar, and they help me sleep, so missing them is bad. The other night I didn't take them until midnight and didn't fall asleep until 2!
