I don't think Lamical directly has much of a sexual side effect. However, all the other side effects seem to pop up frequently in alot of people, and those can really eat into your drive/ability.

It can make you really tired so, you don't want to bother with sex though it won't stop you from having an orgasm if you do find the motivation!

I've been on dosages varying from 200mg to 400mg for 3 years now, and it hasn't caused any libido problems for me. (And I appreciate that! )

(On other side effect fronts, it's also not proved problematic for me. When first starting titration, a couple days of light headache and one day when body felt like it'd been hit by a truck, as they say. No biggie. Only other problem was when it was upped to 400mg, having vision problems and nausea. Figured it out on second day, then split the dose into half in the am and half in the pm. Problem solved. Only 4 days over a span of 3 years that had a side effect issue? Pretty golden.)
