Sometimes when Im trying to revert my sleep schedule Ill take two gravol to get sleepy. This way it doesnt make me groggy in the morning and it does work. Im pretty much only doing it like once every month or two, but i still question if its good to do. I dont see why not, im also on effexor xr. any combination problems or anything?

Hi Rainbowzz,

I did some internet searching about drug interactions. Not entirely sure, but I think you're safe. The medicinal ingredient in Gravol is dimenhydrinate, and I didn't see that on the list of drug interactions for Effexor.

So I think you're safe, best to check with a doctor/pharmacist to be sure though.
