Does anyone know anything about a supplement called ProVanax? It seemed to help my very poor sleep but I am suspicious of it because I can't find any authentic appearing information about it on the net.
Appreciate any information. I am brand new here.

  • Phenibut® – has been around for 50 years and is a natural derivative of the amino acid GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) – but with a slight alteration in its chemical make-up, makes it even more powerful, but with zero negative effects.
  • 5-HTP also known as oxitriptan is an amino acid that occurs naturally in the body. There are many 5-HTP supplements sold today that are used as antidepressants, appetite suppressants and sleep aids.
  • St. John’s Wort – is a well-known medicinal herb used to treat depression.
  • Kava Kava – is for deep muscle relaxation and an effective natural tranquilizer.
  • Passion Flower – another medicinal herb for the treatment of insomnia and nervousness.
  • Valerian – another well-know medicinal plant and herbal remedy that has been used as a sedative for the relief of insomnia, anxiety, mental stress and conditions associated with pain. We’ve all heard of Valium, but Valerian doesn’t come with the negative side effects!
  • Inositol -unofficial member of the B vitamin group and having low Inositol has shown to cause depression.

That's from a website.. Phenibut has some real potency to it but the rest of the supplements are more or less harmless. Looks like a "Throw 'em all in" deal. Be careful with Phenibut though.. read up on it.
