Hi,
Does anyone have a problem with any kind of relaxant or sleeping pills? When I take my anti deppressants, if the phone rings or there is any kind of loud noise- even somebody talking suddenly my heartbeat speeds up or else stops for a few seconds...it feels like I am having a heart attack and scares the life out of me I can't even take nightnurse as I wake up in the middle of the night with my heart jumping... I don't know what this is but it hs to stop. I had to stop taking my anti deppressants bacuse my work is very noisey and every little sound was making me jump and angry.
