Trilafon is an older med-anti-depressant/anti-psychotic mix. I think I had some leg-motion problems from it. Sort of strange that p-doc went to that with all the newer meds. less sides out there. (anti- d. might be imimpramine) You might ask the reasoning.

Watch for motor side effects such as twitching (face, torso, extremities), oddities in movements such as bending your elbow, anything like that - and promptly report them to your doctor.

Trilafon is an older "neuroleptic" drug and those tend to lead to motor problems with long-term use, dependent on dosage and other factors.

Has your doctor tried you on any other atypical antipsychotics like risperidol, zyprexa? I think some of these have a much less potent effect on blood sugar than Seroquel. I would ask your doctor about other atypical antipsychotics that might work better than Seroquel for you if he has not already tried them.
