I have been on Welbutrin XL for about a year now, and came off of it about a month ago. (on my own, no Doc) I cam off of it mostly becasue I dont have insurance and can not afford it. I thought I was ok, I was feeling fine. However, I am getting a little down again, and I can not just go to sleep. I have to play little mind games and stuff. Is there a more affordable medicine comparable to Welbutrin XL?

Unless I'm mistaken, I thought there was a generic form for it now (which hopefully is much cheaper). Also, If you have a really kind and kick *** doctor they will usually give you a bunch of samples if they have them.

I know how you feel. I thought I was all better and quit taking my medications about 4 months ago. Two months later, the depression sunk back in and is kicking my ***.

Good Luck!!!!
