I suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome, along with depression, insomnia & tinnitus.
I'm currently on 30mg Mirtazapine, 7.5mg Zopiclone & 1000mg Nebido (every 10 weeks). I've exhausted all avenues looking for a solution to CFS so now concentrating on trying to improve my depression as a separate entity. I'm looking for a more effective antidepressant. My endocrinologist has recommended taking Duloxetine with the Mirtazapine & wondered if anyone else had any recommendations with effective antidepressants for CFS patients? Thanks
