I know this may sound like a strange question but has anyone overdosed on it or do they know how severe it can be if you do?

no, i take 100 mg twice a day. but guess could be pretty severe if you do, i know it can be hard on your kidneys, possibly destroy them, why?

I have never od'd on topamax. just a regular dose with a couple other meds almost killed me.
My guess is that od'ing would have very, very serious consequences. |
