To Klonapin. My question is I been on the Xanax since 09 would I go through withdrawal? Or should it be a easy transition to the klonapin?

I'm not sure. Are you being weaned off? Maybe a pharmacist could answer this question for you.

I can't answer that, but I think klonopin is a stronger med than xanax...although I think xanax might be one of the only meds in the benzo group I have not taken. I would ask your pharmacist to be sure.
I take 4 mgs of klonopin at bedtime to help me sleep and keep my crazy jumble of anxious nightmares away, and it works great for that.
Good luck, I hope it works for you!
