I've had some good and bad experiences with Seroquel, but have noticed that on the 100mg at night dose I tend to get really restless, basically akathisia plus some pretty out there nightmares/dreams and crankiness the next day.

Question for people with experience on Seroquel, does lowering the dose help? Or even upping it? I'm still taking Prozac as well but the doc wants me off of it.

Could the Prozac cause the akathisia as well? I know you're not all docs, but just curious if anyone has had similar experiences. Thanks

I take 600mg everyday and some days it makes me sleep quickly other days it takes ages and I don't even feel tired. I can't remember my dreams much now I take this, before I always remembered them vividly. What are u taking seroquel for? Are u diagnosed with a disorder?

Yeah bipolar. I haven't had any in about a week though. Probably not the best decision I don't know. I've just been extremely depressed, flat and not wanting to live at all lately.

Maybe you should continue taking it, did you stop abruptly? I stopped for a couple of days I felt like I was losing my mind...that's terrible you feel that way..seek help, but I really think you should keep taking it for now?

I still haven't had any but I've been sleeping heaps which the total opposite to how I was before, I guess I'm in a depression cycle for sure now. Will be seeing a doc tomorrow and hopefully sort out where to go next.

I had a similar experience with nightmares vivid dreams. I still get them and night terrors on my other meds, or maybe it's my crazy idk. But they're nuts. I stopped seroquil bc it made me sooooooooo tired I was a zombie. Completely utterly emotionless and all I did was sleep.

If you're bipolar, Prozac can make you hyper. It doesn't for everyone, but my P-doc said that Prozac can make you feel agitated.

Yeah it ramps me up a bit but without it I get even lower. I can't win with med combo's atm. 2 weeks till the pdoc, counting down.
