was supposed to taper off the depakote
I didn't
was supposed to stop taking the seroquel
I did but
didn't start the safris like I was supposed to
now I'm a mess
can't get out of bed
blowing chunks overnight
just took a benzo make it through the day
Dr says he really needs me to try and stick with it and take the medicine
crying
just want one day I'm not crazy

There are several ways to go from one AP (A) to another (B).

1) Taper off A while gradually getting on B.
2) Taper off A completely first, and then get on B, gradually.
3) Get on B first, until you hit the therapeutic dose, and then taper off A.

Apparently, your p-doc has chosen (1) while you are doing (2).
