I have never been on antidepressants till now so I am experiencing some side effects and I need a little feedback from people that had been threw this. I had demanded my Pristiq 100mg to be lowered because I had just got it raised about 2weeks ago. When it got raised it lowered my physical activity back to NOTHING STATUS.

Now I am on day 2 of Pristiq 50mg and I am dizzy, headache, cannot really focus eyes, insomnia, fatigue, and lackadaisical.

Is this going to go away once it get's to therapeutic level?I kind of feel back to square one with PCS/PTSD symptoms, I was told it is the change in medication. Any feedback is appreciated by people that have experience with Antidepressant's. I greatly appreciate it.

Hello Aiuto, As your doctor probably told you that it takes a while for the anti'ds to take effect. I was on lexapro, first 10 then 20, then 30 and felt no better I actually felt worse. So now I'm on Zispin 30 mgs but doc said the highest dose for zispin is 45mg. I had side effects also mostly gas and headache. Is it because you have no energy or you dont feel like excercising. I walk every day mostly in the morning when I have most energy. Dont feel bad give it a little time to work. Best wishes.

Aiuto, things take time to change and when you are so depressed a day is like a month. Keep typing, I hope you are feeling better today. I always exercise first thing in the morn because I know in the afternoon I cant get off the couch, Also you need to rest, thats important, so important. Keep in touch.
