I saw Pdoc earlier this week and have been trying Lexapro. It makes me feel like throwing up. I assume that that is what she meant by nausea. I thought nausea was a bit different than an upset stomach with an odd feeling that you want to throw up. Otherwise, my focus is a bit better and so is my energy levels. I think I get the odd compulsion to cry a little less often. I think I'm going to like Lexapro. Figures. WAAAA!
I like the sites new look! Wow!
I still have energy after work!

I hope the nausea goes away after awhile, when you're body gets more use to it. Way to go giving it a try at least! Glad it is helping you some.

I had the nausea problem with Prozac & Wellbutrin. Unfortunately for me, the feeling didn't go away, & I quit eating because the nausea got worse when I tried to eay. Unfortunately, my weight got so low that I got horribly sick with anemia & passing out. No one monitored my weight until I got down to 83. Then they put me into an eating disorders center which didn't help at all. I was in & out of the medical hospital with a central line & TPN IV nutrition for over a year after the treatment center.

It turned out that I liked the weight loss & could finally control something, so it ended up that the meds started a dangerous situation.

Just be careful if the nausea continues.......weight loss can be dangerous if is isn't watched & controlled so you don't over do it.

Hope it all works out for you. It's great when you can find a med helps with the depression but just be careful with the nausea.

Wow! That must have been really bad nausea. (I'm now full of food.) But, I haven't been feeling much like throwing up today--for now. I hope I feel okey in that area tonight because I woke up and cried some in the middle of the night. Well, I will do some work around here now. I hope you found an anti-depressant without the nausea side effect and straightened things out.
