This is my 3rd day on 1mg a day. And Im nauseus and very tired. It wasnt like this the last time I was on them. Idk if its just my anxiety or the med. I am having a panic attack now from googling the serious side effect. Im so worried that something could be wrong. Heart and breathing rate is fine. My thinking is fine. Im just really really tired and nauseated. Help??

Have you been sleeping ok.....or has your normal sleeping been off....I end up feeling that way if I haven't slept in a few days & then I usually feel nausea any time I take meds anyway.....it's best if you take them with food even though you do feel the nausea...sometimes if you eat about 30 minutes before taking the med it helps

I take klonopin .5mg. When I first started taking it I could barely stay awake after taking it. I found the symptom when away after a few weeks. I didn't have an nausea, though.

Clonazepam is the prime suspect for my excessive daytime sleepiness. I also experience frequent mild nausea. As it's usually mild, I no longer bother much with the nausea. When the nausea is more than mild, I've taken to eating bits of raw ginger root.

If I could get along without Clonazepam, I would. As it is, it's the lesser of the optional evils.

Oh, I find sleep is important for everything else. Can you time your meds to maximize a positive effect on your sleep?

Thanks all for your replies. I usually take it during the day due to my constant amxiety. Thats when I need it most. I might just take half during the day and the other half at night for sleep. I stay so wound up at night, mentally, that going to sleep is so hard for me. I have been tryingeditation at night, in bed but my mind just wont get to that place. But Im gonna keep trying and practicing.

I suffer from Panic Attacks, GAD, Bipolar, PTSD, BPD etc...they have diagnosed me with so many things over the years. I take a lot of medications one of them is Klonopin. I take 2mgs four times a day. Yes I know that is a lot but I do not have any bad side effects and it seems to help with the anxiety and panic attacks. Im sorry to hear that is making you feel worn down I do know a lot of people have the feeling of having no energy until their bodies get use to it but hang in there and see if it will help you over time. Good luck!
