I started taking trileptal a couple of weeks of weeks ago. I take 300 in the morning and 300 at night. I'm not having many side effects except I get tired after I take it and I feel very lethargic. The lethargic is killing me as it lasts all day. Anyone have the same problem, did it go away? Thanks.
